Ridiculously Awesome !! : Nostalgia Electrics JFD-100 Cake Pop & Donut Hole Bakery

I bought this just to have around for the summer when the kids are swimming and want food ..Now !! Anyways I was so surprised at how quick and even they cooked. I am also a chef who loves to make cakes and loves to experiment on new flavors. Low and behold, i can make a small batch and not have to dirty my whole mixer and heat up the kitchen. There is one thing i would like to add. with the quick cooking time, the sugar maybe doesnt have enough time to melt into the batter, so it tastes less sweet than it could. I think i am going to mix the sugar with a little hot water and make a simple syrup to add to the batters, just to see if there is a difference. just made some brownies with my own recipe and from start to finish took ten minutes....so awesome. love this machine....
