F- and Abysmal is all I can say for Amazon. I have purchased for years and have never had to deal with their buyer service. Unfortunately this time I did, and I was fed lies from start to finish. I will never trust or order from amazon again for any stock that I need by a deadline. Their advertised "Get It By" dates are hogwash, and to even bother with the outsourced buyer assistance proved to only aggravate the issue.
